Born in Olympia, Washington and raised around the world, I have always had a desire to help others. After gaining experience teaching children, I initiated my educational journey studying Child Development. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Child Development in 2015. In the spring of 2018, I completed the Master of Social Work program through the University of Southern California with a focus on Clinical Mental Health.
I meet my client’s where they are utilizing Evidence Based Practices to assist them in achieving our established SMART goals. Commonly used interventions include aspects of; Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy, Client Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
