Elizabeth Walker-Lindgren, LMHC, NCC, HeartMath Certified

Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in community counseling from Washington State University.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  Liz also has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Central Washington University.  She has trainings in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy for depression, anxiety, behaviors and trauma, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, HeartMath, clinical supervision and polyvagal theory.  She has worked with all age ranges and experience in groups, individual therapy and behavior health consultant.  Liz puts a focus on whole body care and addresses the mind-body experience as she believes they work together.
